No drive, no waiting room
We come to your house. You don't park, sign in, or sit next to a magazine rack for twenty minutes.
Mays Landing · Atlantic County, New Jersey
Private physical therapy in your home, built around the things you actually need to do again: the stairs, the car seat, a full day on your feet. Same therapist start to finish.
First visit within five business days. Same therapist every time. We don't bill insurance.
What you don't do anymore
We come to your house. You don't park, sign in, or sit next to a magazine rack for twenty minutes.
One therapist working with you and nobody else, start to finish. Not fifteen minutes split three ways while someone counts your reps from across the room.
Your first visit happens within five business days. That is the part most people can't believe.
Most of the people we see have already tried regular physical therapy. It wasn't wrong. It was just built for somebody with more free time than they have.
You just had a baby
A car seat, a diaper bag, and a stranger holding your baby in a waiting room. Here, your kids stay in the room and nobody minds. We work around the nap.
Surgical care
Somebody has to take a half day to get you to a clinic and back, twice a week, for months. Your house is the only equipment we need to make change. We work with what you have, or we bring what you need.
You work full time
You've already spent a morning driving to a clinic to get handed a sheet of exercises. We come to you, early or late, and you get your morning back.
We are not right for everyone. If what you need is something we can't do well, we'll say so on the call and give you two names who can.
How it works
We ask what happened, what you can't do right now, and what you want back. You'll know the plan before we hang up. No forms to fill out first.
We come to your house within the week, with the table and the equipment. Your house is part of the session. We use what you would use on a daily basis.
You'll have a full online exercise program built for you, with access to your care team.
The Soleus standard
Soleus is a method, not a person. Every therapist we send meets the same bar, runs the same kind of plan, and reports back the same way. What you get doesn't depend on who happened to be free that week.
That is the whole reason this works in a house. A clinic can hide a rushed visit behind a busy front desk. We can't. So we wrote down what a Soleus visit is, and we hold every therapist to it.
Insurance
Insurance pays for a fifteen-minute visit shared with two other people. It cannot pay for a therapist standing in your kitchen working on the thing you actually need back. So we don't ask it to.
You decide after visit one
Nobody can tell from a phone call whether this is going to work for them. So you don't have to decide up front. Finish the first visit. If you don't think it's right, tell us that night and we stop there.
We ask the question out loud at the end of every first visit, and we take the answer at face value. No talking anyone back into it.
Questions people actually ask
No. Home health is a Medicare benefit for people who can't leave the house, and it comes with rules about being homebound. We're private. One therapist, a full session, and you don't have to be stuck at home to use us. Plenty of our patients drive fine. They just don't want to spend their week doing it.
No. New Jersey lets a physical therapist evaluate and treat you without a referral. If you have a doctor or a surgeon, we reach out to them within the first 30 days to keep them in the loop. That's part of the state's rules, and it's also just good care.
No, and we don't submit claims for you. We'll give you an itemized receipt you can send to your insurer yourself if you want to, though we'd never promise you anything back from them. We talk through everything else on the call.
No, and we'd rather tell you now than waste your time. Because of how Medicare's rules work for physical therapists, we can't see Medicare patients privately. That includes Medicare Advantage plans, which come through private companies like Aetna, Horizon or Humana, so your card may not even say Medicare on it. Call us anyway. We'll give you two places nearby that take it and actually answer the phone.
Yes. Nobody needs to be entertained or apologized for. Your house is the clinic, which means the baby can be in the room, the dog can be in the room, and we can stop for two minutes and start again.
Nothing. Your house is the only equipment we need to make change. We work with what you have, or we bring what you need.
You tell us that night and we stop there. We don't book the rest, and we don't call you to talk you back into it. You decide after you've seen how we work, not before.
Mays Landing, Hamilton Township, Egg Harbor Township, Galloway, Absecon, Northfield, Linwood, Somers Point and Pleasantville. We'll come to Atlantic City, Ventnor, Margate and Longport as well. If you're outside that, ask. If we can't get to you, we'll say so instead of stringing you along.
Within five business days of the call, and often sooner. We only sell what we can actually deliver that week, so there are a limited number of starts open at any time. If they're gone, we'll tell you the real date rather than book you and hope.
The next step
Eight minutes on the phone. We ask what happened and what you want back, and we tell you whether we're the right fit, including when we're not.
